Olga specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation.  She was a Partner at Watson Farley & Williams LLP with 15 years’ experience working in the commercial litigation department, and has also worked for the firm’s finance department dealing with Russian finance work.

Olga has acted in numerous high profile cases involving complex issues and large amounts in dispute, including Bankers Trust v. Moscow City Government and International Industrial Bank; Joylud v. Moscow Oil Refinery; and VIS Trading v Unsole Limited and A.S. Nazarov.

She acts as an expert in arbitration proceedings and English courts.  Olga has also represented clients before English courts and as an advocate in Russian courts, including cases tried by way of review by the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Court.

Olga is often appointed as an arbitrator (including being a chairman) by the LCIA, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the International Commercial Arbitration Court (MKAS).

Olga speaks fluent Russian, English, Spanish and French.
